“ We stumbled over this place on Uber and decided to give it a shot, we were definitely impress with the food and then getting our orders correct. Since then we have ordered there at least 4 or 5 more times and has always met our expectations. The jollof and Waakye are both flavorable and the goat meat is tender, not too hard to chew. The fish is always well fried. I tried the light soup and it wasn’t really what I’m used to but I’ll definitely give it another shot. Overall I do recommend this ”

“ For me personally, all Legit African Touch foods are nice, however I preferred their [fufu hot light soup fish goat meat] and their [Atieke fish]. So nice, the taste is good. They have a very friendly customer care and very friendly environment. You come in and you are welcome with some very good African songs. I guess the only issue I see is the parking problem. But I pray God will bless that woman and her team to be able to solve that. Honestly Legit African Touch Restaurant is really helping the African community living in USA. That Restaurant is the best for everyone who wants to try out something with family. You are going to enjoy it!!! ”

“ I was at East Brunswick and this restaurant was one of the closest African restaurants to where I lodged. The restaurant has a wide variety of meals (mostly Africa dishes) - jollof rice, waakye, banku, yam, riceballs, TZ, fufu etc. The chefs are good and their meals are really sumptuous. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer for my meal to be ready. I enjoyed the food and I will certainly be back. I love this restaurant because you kinda feel the African vibe once you get in here. Guys get in there and enjoy yourself. ”

“ First time eating African food, and it was awesome! Fish was fried perfectly, juicy and tender on the inside. Rice was so well seasoned and just look at the portion! The only thing I didn't like was the dark red paste that came with it, it had a fishy flavor I didn't care for, but that doesn't mean it's bad. I already have the next meals scoped out and will be coming back. It's a warm environment that you can tell is family run and food is made with care. Go here! ”

“ I was on the high way and google african restaurant near me with my children. We found this little spot. It was a bit off 95 but worth the experience. The lady was very pleasant, the food was amazing. The portion size for the price was great. I was really surprise about. My kids enjoyed the rice and fried plantains. I have never seen a big size banku in my life. Great atmosphere, great customer service and great food. Will stop by again whenever we are this way. ”

“ One of the best meals I have ever had, not an exaggeration. The jollof was perfectly seasoned-- so much flavor but not overpowering, and the rice was the right texture. I ordered it with the fish (I think it's tilapia?) which was super crispy on the outside but very tender and soft inside. I loved eating the fish with the shito sauce and wish I could have a whole jar of it!! Even the coleslaw was very good and helped cut through some of the spice from the whole meal. Portions are nice and big and the service is great. I liked the afrobeats they were playing in the background. Would definitely come back!! ”
